Customer service does not exist here. I called to ask about a prescription transfer and the reply to me saying the other place was waiting on their call was "ugh, I guess I'll call them." I replied thank you, and that's all they asked for and the response was "yeah that's what I just said. anything else?" and upon saying no, thank you, they said "yeah sure" and hung up.

There are times when you just really need a grocery or drugstore that's open 24 hours, and this was one of those times, New Year's Eve 10 minutes to midnight! Zak, the manager on duty was a HUGE help! If you've ever tried to get your healthcare plan's OTC allowance used up at the end of the year, you know what a hassle that can be! Especially when the company's servers are so backed up they crash, their app malfunctions, and you cannot get anyone by phone, you have no recourse, but go to a store and try to find some things you need...at the very last minute. The Walgreen's employees were great! This is certainly not the way I expected to ring in the new year, especially after spending 8 hours trying to accomplish what should have been an easy task, and was anything but, because United Healthcare sucks!

YOU will wait average time of 46 MIN to 1 hr. in the drive up window any time day or night They are stupid and do not know what they are doing after posting this I was told that I needed to come inside and I said no I do not want to get sick and they called the police and said and got a not trespass order so I could not come back to the drive in windows The Police are still integrating them for practicing medicine without a license for removing prescriptions without notice It is a crime they are not doctors

This is probably the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. Walgreens says a script is ready, so we go to wait in line and/or go through the drive-thru (waiting over 20-30 mins each time) to pick it up only to be told “We don’t have any scripts filled for you”. Why did you alert us it was ready then, if it really wasn’t? This has happened numerous times. Some of the tech’s have an attitude/are unprofessional as well. You can tell they hate their job. For working in customer service, they lack people skills. There are a few that are polite, but it’s few and far between.

The rudest young woman just “helped” me at the drive through. Very unpleasant. No customer service skills. How is she still employed with your pharmacy? Must be desperate for help

Always busy but they work hard and do their best! But with their 24 hour availability I try to just go at odd times or go inside rather than the drive through.

Grossly understaffed. Was on the phone line for an hour and my question was never answered. Whoever is in charge of staffing needs to do a better job. Will not be going here again. Maybe that means you'll only have to wait 55 minutes instead.

Wow can I just say the pharmacy team was busting their butt and working so hard to take everyone coming into the store/drive thru and manage the vaccinations. They were all so calm cool and collected and just rolled with it and managed so many people coming into the store. I was really impressed and they worked so well as team with good attitudes!not something you see every day!

Your pharmacy techs are so lazy that they like to lie over the phone. I can assure you that it isn’t illegal to notify someone if you have a med in stock. What makes it even worse is that I was directed to you by two other Walgreens locations that were not in stock.

Super busy, The pharmacist is very good & takes her job seriously. She discovered a med that would not work with a med my mom was taking & gave us other options that were a much safer. we are glad to know that there are still people out there that really care & go above & beyond to help customers.

They always take good care of me and fill my scripts fast. Plus it’s open 24/7 so super convenient.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used and the only reason is because it's close to home. No matter what time of day you go thru the drive thru to pick up a script, it's always slow, service sucks!! I'll be transferring my prescriptions and business to another pharmacy. I'll drive the extra couple miles to not have to wait in line for 30 minutes.

Messed up 24 hour they repeatedly canceled my script , called in the script night before came in in the morning then was told they are out of stock. Mickey Mouse opporation.
