Great mailman we have. No issues there but the building itself...I went to deliver a small package and the package drop off bin was stuck..I could see in the cracks that the bin behind the drop off bucket was FULL. The bin was so full I couldn't deliver my packages....so disappointed
Edit: 2nd time this month!! Couldn't deliver a package because of a FULL bin...so disappointing..I pick the drop off option when printing labels and I can't even use it...

Do NOT use this post office. They don’t even attempt to act like they care. It’s amazing how awful some businesses are managed.

I run small business that ships parts out daily. Constant issues of packages never getting scanned in and being lost. I have never seen such negligence

Sent our mail back which included my credit card and tag renewal sticker for my car because they refuse to acknowledge the forms i filled out MULTIPLE TIMES within the last two years stating that only specific residents stay at our residence and they continue to fill my mailbox with the mail of the 25 previous residents because they don’t want to do their job and sort through it AS IF I want to do that daily. Now I’m in a bind trying to receive my mail. But they will make sure you get those price chopper ads.

Horrible. Employees don’t answer phones only 1 person ever at the counter, they throw your mail around no matter what, if you have a package bigger than a football they’ll just say you have to pick it up and then when you try to call or even go in it’s always a battle just to get your package.

They can’t even spell your last name, when leaving you a notification that you have a package that requires a signature and you were not home. Your last name is clearly on the package and they still misspell your last name.

Awful. Packages routinely get held at the post office per customers request, which I did not request. Have watched the carrier just casually toss mail on the porch of some of my neighbors.

I’ve been having to mail my son boxes to his duty station outside of United States… every worker at this post office is kind, patient and helpful every time I come in with 3-5 boxes to send. Even when someone is in lunch break and there are only 2 workers there and the line is out the door, everyone is treated kindly and not rushed.. the workers help each others out… this is a great post office!!!!!!!

As soon as they are in position of the item it stops. I guess the drop off cart they have there is a dumpster so they don’t have to do anymore work.
