One of the worst places to deliver to, avoid delivery here if at all possible. If you have no choice bring a lunch, checked in at 0430, got a door at 1130, 1430 I’m still in the door. On the upside you can park here in door 15 or 17 on the north side of building, if doors are taken the NW parking are is empty.

It's better, no, not to be on time to be on time and not to be waiting because anyway they don't care what you do or what time you arrive what matters to them is their time. i arrived 11:30 pm and at 7:30am im in door and it already 11:00 am and they still haven’t star down load me so don’t forget your lunch because they take 5-6 hrs to get you unload ✌️good luck driver ??

Worst customer service of any parts delivery business we have dealt with. They care 0 about whether their customers are happy or not. We placed an order for 8 truck tires and 6 cases of oil on the 3rd of August, the 4th came and our order wasn't even processed. So today our order was "pushed" through and at 1:36pm (less than 1 hour before our order is supposed to arrive) I was informed by "Don" that our order would not be delivered today either! Customers set up for this afternoon and we have no tires to put on! Our salesman said we can take our business elsewhere if we don't like their inefficiencies. Jeff is an awesome salesman isn't he?

I was here 8:00am my appointment was 10am they take so so long 8 hours for unloading if I asked them how long it’s gonna take they showing me attitude they lock the door the employees who is working he have no sense for talking

Appointment was for 10 am yes 2 pm still have no door. No restroom or any facilities for drivers. 8 o clock appointment guys is still on door. 8 hours to get unloaded only one door for receiving. Big no no

Receiving is on the odd side. If you come the night before, try to park in either 15 or 17 whichever is open and stay overnight there nobody is gonna mess with you. They took 3.5 hours to hand-unload me though, so 1 star less for it.
