Nothing flashy but gets the job done! No dedicated front desk, so at first I thought I'd accidentally walked into a staff area, but the customer area is just set up with some central work tables and kiosks on the front wall, staff working alongside customers. Some self-service features available, as well as an outdoor dropbox. UPS staffers were friendly and quick to help me settle up with my package. Hours are manageable, but note that this center does close for lunch.
Heads up: I had my package re-routed to this UPS Customer Center for pickup, and the online notification sent me to the adjacent UPS distribution complex, and I drove around the lots awkwardly for a while before searching online to realize I needed to drive a little farther south.

Horrible for wine shipments! I order wine frequently and prefer FedEx for shipping when possible. Sometimes, though, it's not an option. I requested an ice pack with my wine order, the order reached the Lenexa facility. within 24 hrs, sat there for the next 24 hours, then got delivered next day around 7 p.m. after sitting on the hot truck all day. Ice packs were warm, wine was ruined. If you ship wine, DO NOT use UPS unless the outdoor temperature is less than 70 F and/or you can avoid the Lenexa facility!

Great staff. Despite remote customer service sending customers directly to the hub, the clerks make every effort to help. In many cases the customers are being told that their packages are there when they are on car with the drivers. Hats off to the clerks thay have to deal with these difficult situations.

The driver said they stopped by to deliver. They did not. I was here the entire time. They lied. The customer service is a complete waste. UPS is worthless.

I use the UPS app, and I pre-signed for my deliveries because there were two today. As I am always on the road, I carefully monitored these deliveries. The driver apparently decided what to leave and what not to leave. I have cameras showing that he walked up to the door but did not push the doorbell in, so my friends and I did not know he came.
Because of that, two UPS representatives ended up telling me that I would be called back shortly (these were lies) and he would redeliver because they could see I had already signed for it and authorized the drop off and it was his mistake. I never received those calls and instead sat around waiting for hours.
I called the shipper, where I have now filed a formal complaint, though I’m a regular customer, i’ve notified them that I will no longer be using any of their services that require UPS deliveries. The shipper did not even have the power to send that package where I will be located in the morning. Therefore, I have to go back and pick it up because the driver Did not read correctly and UPS did not follow directions. Following directions is a basic skill. Seeing the reviews on here is totally not surprising. This is an item that was guaranteed to be here today, and which I would’ve had if he just would have a ring the doorbell or read the pre-authorization. Now, I can’t even redirect the package for a fee because it’s a higher value item. But again, I WAS there physically anyway, and he did not bother to knock or ring a bell or do anything. If that package does not come when it is scheduled tomorrow and I have to lose any more time, I’m going to bill UPS, And JP Court is sounding really good right about now because I’m sick of the way that they think they can treat their customers. The worst part has been being lied to and told to keep my lines open and check my email because they were going to be in touch. I could have just left and at least gotten some work done.
Avoid anything that involves UPS in this region. I will report back about whether I receive this package which is currently rescheduled for 10:45 to 12:30 PM May 30. It is now late and it is the fault of the carrier. Stay tuned.

UPS is a joke and I will be making their trying service known where ever possible including the BBB and the AG. My son's football cleats were to be delivered Monday, they marked tracking undeliverable when actually no ATTEMPT was made to get them to me, then automated recording says there's a problem and file a claim but they have been making filing a claim impossible because they keep updating tracking with its being delivered to an access point near you (can't make a claim if there's an update within 24 hours) but the package says it's in a another city. It's not coming and they know it.
The one time I got someone on the phone they didn't help, virtual doesn't help and now I can't even get a live person anymore.
I'm sure Nike will be glad to know thanks to their carrier I will be returning their product if it ever does come because I had to go buy my son cleats somewhere else. Smh businesses these days don't value customers.

My package arrived at this facility on 4/26 and I still haven’t received it. After 2 days of calling customer service, I was able to talk to a live representative which wasn’t much help. She immediately stated my pkg. was lost. How do you lose a 40x32 mirror that weighs at least 20 lbs??? This is unacceptable and of course no one is to blame!

4/19 the tracking said out for delivery then switched to processing later that day. A week later it’s still processing and hasn’t moved out of the facility. Automated system won’t let me get a hold of a real person.

Went there To receive a package and the workers didn’t even want to do their job very dismissive of me very rude told me to call the One 800 number, but they’re not gonna do nothing for me. Either is exactly what I was told. Don’t recommend going to this exact UPS let alone UPS at all

They lost my package with live insects which won't survive the weekend. The staff on site seemed genuinely concerned and did their best to help.
