Guy in the cowboy hat was very friendly and helpful! I know the store is understaffed and they were very busy and every employee did a wonderful job trying to help everyone in line and being fast and efficient you guys are awesome thank you!!

The sign on the wall says, "The world is understaffed. Be kind to those who showed up." Apparently, at least one employee here thinks that makes her exempt from being kind herself. I had an Amazon return, and I had the QR code for her to scan ready on my phone. I really didn't want to hand my phone over to her, so I kept my grip on it while she tried to turn my hand this way and that because she couldn't get it to scan. She brusquely told me to turn my brightness up, which it already was. When I turned the phone back around, she tried again to scan it. She thrust her hands down at her side like a petulant child and asked, "Is this a COPY?" I assured her it wasn't. She then snatched my phone out of my hand and continued trying to scan the code. When it finally scanned, she asked, "Need a receipt?" with a touch of sarcasm. When I said I didn't she excused me. There was no one behind me, and no reason to be rude. Also, the whole store smelled like cat pee. Is there a cat living here?

I'd recommend checking around with different UPS stores before using this location. Their prices seem nearly double that of other stores for basic printing.

Make sure you get a receipt when the young woman works. More than once my package has not been returned to Amazon

I came in with a 60lb CNC spindle motor that I needed packed for shipping. They were able to pack it exceptionally well took the time to do it right. The package arrived with no damage and I will use them again when needed!

The older lady that works there is sooooo rude ! She told me she wasn’t going to help me and to have the other guy help me all because I told her that she can scan my code on my phone ! I’m not sure how she’s still working there, she’s rude to all the costumers and the workers there !!
