Janet knows what customer service is and should be. By far my favorite place in the metro area. After my dad had a stroke, Janet and team have been so resourceful and helpful in renting vehicles. We are forever grateful.

United Access has some very courteous and respectful employees that really know how to take care of Disabled Veterans. I have been working with Pat and given a short timeline, Pat has made my experience very uneventful and smooth. If ever asked about this business, it will always be with highest regards. Thank you, too all the people who work there for making this transition in my life so easy.

I contacted United Access in Lenexa as part of working with Vocational Rehabilitation to purchase a new modified van to replace my 16 year old previous one. The staff were helpful and professional from the beginning of the process to the end and were flexible in helping to find solutions to issues that came up throughout the fitting and purchase of the van. I was very satisfied with my service received and intend to continue to use this location for any purchase, service or repair needs I have with my van in the future!

Everyone from the receptionist the gentleman that reviewed what I needed and the installation team were all fantastic We ran into a snag with my chair not having all the correct parts when they received it ( this was not their fault ) but we managed to proceed and get everything done I was instructed in the use of the lift and felt comfortable when I left I would recommend them to anyone needing mobility devices

I had hand controls installed in my F-150 pickup through the VA Special Adaptive Automobile program. United Access installed the controls, and coordinated directly with the Kansas City VA Med Center. I will simply say that Pat Doherty and the folks at United Access went way out of their way to get the process completed quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend them to any veteran going through this process.
