Absolute scam of a company.Got an alert today that my debit card received some kind of charge by them, ive never heard of this company before, nor its associated companies.Seems like something fishy is going on.Would HIGHLY recommend not associating with these guys in any way

I placed an order of parts needed to fix my currently sketchy suspension, but instead of shipping them, they marked the order as shipped but it hasn't been scanned into UPS. So now they're holding on to my order and claiming it's shipped which is shady.If you're thinking about contracting with Turn5, know that your customer service will take a hit from it.
