First of all mortgage is probably the biggest investment That a person will ever encounter and prior to coming to tru home Solution I was at my wits end dealing with another mortgage company; until a friend suggested That I call true home solution, and NIKKI SCHECK answered the phone and she reassured me that she could help me; and she was my saving grace. She worked so hard to Help me and her manager Aaron Morgan assisted her and they got the job done. So if you ever need a Mortgage loan call NIKKI SCHECK;she by far is the best agent ever.so if you are given the run around by others give her a call she is Phenomenal. She is an awesome.im singing her praises.

We chose to use TruHomes Solutions after talking to many other providers. Our loan officer, Ethan, was very knowledgable and helped us understand all of our options. Our processor, Mindy, was equally knowledgable and took care of any issues that popped up immediately so we could get to the closing table. Highly recommend their services. Everyone communicated with us regularly and each other so there was never a question of next steps or where we were in the process.

I utilized TruHome through CPM Credit Union for a VA home mortgage. Kaylee Hagan and Jean Ann Rucker assisted me through the loan process. Having gone through the VA mortgage process numerous times, I can honestly say that TruHome provided the most simple, straightforward, and easy process I've ever experienced in over 20 years, not to mention very friendly and extremely inexpensive!

Worked with Aaron McNeer on a home loan as a first-time home buyer, and he was great! He was efficient and straight forward when informing me of things I needed to provide in order to get the home loan secured. He frequently checked in with me on how things were moving along, and he always made sure to answer any questions I had. He explained everything thoroughly and equipped me with knowledge that I didn't previously have. I would absolutely return to TruHome based on Aaron's spectacular service. He went above and beyond for me.

Chance and Gage were great! Chance was an awesome guy to work with. He was flexible with my schedule as I was living in Germany at the beginning of the journey to becoming a homeowner, and was always very pleasant. Gage helped out finishing the process. Both of them answered my questions and were helpful, especially for a guy who was pretty clueless about the home-buying process. Overall would recommend. I greatly appreciate the usage of emojis ?

This being our 5th purchase/refinance, Julie Rezai at TruHome made everything so smooth and easy. We had a few bumps due to homes in the area but Julie was there every step of the way to help and explain everything. We have worked with TruHome Solutions twice now. Both times have been exceptional. Aaron McNeer and Jean Ann were both very precise and clear in what they needed from us to move forward with our loan. I was able to easily upload any documents through their portal, which was simple to understand. Everyone was very professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. I will never use another mortgage lender because they are so easy to work with. I am thankful the process was so seamless. I highly recommend this company.
