Have a bomb DM that is extremely cool and the terminal is nice and updated with 5 private shower rooms, a wall of large capacity washers and dryers and 4 PRIVATE tv rooms. And if for some weird ungodly reason all the showers and/or washers are in use, you can drive 5-ish miles to the shop and do it there! What?!”
