Overall visit was great. Place was nice, neat and clean. Self check in is a little impersonal, especially when there is a front desk employee. Other than that, the to the salon was 10 out of 10. I had booked with Claire. I am from out of town and in the process of growing my hair out. I did extensive research to find a good salon. Then researched a good hair stylist at different salons. Claire fit the bill (along with other stylists at Stem). She was amazing, she was knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to what I was wanting and needing done with my hair. She was friendly and stayed engaged in conversation the whole time. Which made me comfortable and relaxed. Claire was exceptional, I will definitely book with her again when in town and needing a trim.

Emily didn’t care I was waiting for 15 minutes. She took time to color her customer’s hair like no one was waiting. They double booked customer and no apology.

Kylee was incredible, not only did she cut and style my hair beautifully, she knows how to provide excellent customer service and shared hair tips and tricks which is super helpful!! I will definitely be back!!

Gracie was so pleasant and welcoming during my first visit at Stem. My hair really needed a cut and Gracie listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. She also gave great tips and advice!
