Employees are great! Helpful and nice. The store on 119th didn't have a pair of shoes my husband wanted, so they checked another store on Quivera. They had the shoes so we drove there. We will probably use the Quivera store from now on. But only because it's closer. And there was a bunch of road construction going on when we went to the 119th store. A 40-minute drive turned into a little over an hour. I know road construction is necessary, but.....

I've never been in a discount shoe store that was this helpful. We asked where the "work shoes" were and she led us back to the section and asked about the employer as they give discounts for certain companies for work shoes. She pointed out which ones would be good and gave some suggestions based about the types of work activities. We grabbed a 2nd pair of shoes as well due to 50% off 2nd pair. When we got back to the front, she said we couldn't stack the discount with the deal, so she did the math, presented us with our options before finalizing the sale. Definitely above and beyond other shoe stores in the area.

Wow the lady that helped me was amazing. She heard who I worked for and looked it up in her book and they where in there. So I got our discount and it took my 99$ shoes and turned them into 69$ shoes. Regrettably I didn't get the ladies name but she was amazing. Thank you mystery clerk

Terrible customer service and rude staff. Staff walked away from customer in the middle of conversation to immediately go complain about him being talkative to co-worker while the guy was still shopping there. Insulting him constantly while standing in front of other customers. If your hate your job that much quit. Just unprofessional

Got some new kicks. Going to bring grandkids for some school shoes.This place takes online order returns which was nice bc i didnt have to deal with post office. Found what i needed.everyone was super nice store was clean.

I was in there for 40 minutes looking around. None of the ladies came over to ask me if I needed help, but they sure did attend to the elderly customers who came in after me. I did end up buying a pair of sandals, but would have bought more if they could have gotten me my size from the back. Lady at checkout was pleasant. Didn’t ask me if I found everything I needed though. I think I’ll stick with Amazon for my shoe needs.

Horrible customer service this are 4 or 5 lady’s very lazy , they just don’t like to work. They need a job where they can enjoy what they do, never got anything because the lack of service. It’s irritating.

The variety of the shoes available were great. I love skechers shoes. The reason I gave this store a low rating is due to the customer service. The older lady that works there is very rude. She is not meant to work with people. She should have a job that doesn't involve customer service.
