The Ladies of Lenexa were wonderful! I had a mask issue that I needed some help with and they went above and beyond what I expected to help me out. In a world where customer service is pretty much nonexistent, these ladies have it down pat!

What a great experience. From a Fantastic greeting from Julie at the front desk to the respiratory therapist Lottie and Alexis. I could not be in better hands. Lottie took the time to make sure I could get the best results possible. I would highly recommend this organization for their professionalism and customer service.

My BiPap machine began to make loud hissing noises so, I called Rotech in Lenexa Ks. Lotti checked their schedule and was able to see me the same day. Lotti was very professional and helpful throughout my visit. Eric also helped answer my questions and introduced me to some upgrades for my BiPap. Overall great experience and outstanding customer service. Ron R.

Went into the office, no one was at the front desk. Waited a few minutes someone eventually came out the back and helped me. But it took them forever just to get my order, although I had called them ahead of time. They told me they don’t even have anyone here to answer the phone so it must’ve been another office. The number I called is attached to this office. Smh. Just horrible, unorganized.

Sardar was great. He was very friendly and explained how the equipment worked in detail. Sardar told us what to do if we lost power.

Serdar was very efficient in the directions for using our oxygen machine. He made sure we were comfortable with the equipment, answered all of our questions and made sure we knew who to call if we had any problems.
