I first visited redPOLISH 9 years ago, looking to treat myself to a mani/pedi before heading to the hospital to have my first baby. I decided to check it out because it was a mile down the street from where I lived. I was happy with the service and returned for another once I was able to and became a regular. Then, 4 years ago, I moved roughly 15 minutes away - and while I have numerous salons closer to my new house, I still make the drive for my monthly visits!
Dz is my go-to for dip, but I’ve also had services from Cherie, Beo, and others over the years. And, every single time, I’ve left happy. The entire team is kind, talented, and professional. They use high-quality products, take their time, and truly care about their clients.
If I could give 10 ⭐️s, I would. They absolutely deserve it!

My mother and I have gotten pedicures here several times now. Every technician we've had has been great - they listen to any special considerations and are sure to be mindful of any sensitivities. Their pedicures are great quality and last as long as you'd expect your pedicure to last. If I ever start getting manicures, I will definitely get them at redPolish.

The staff was decent, it's dark in there easy on the eyes. However, I had booked my appointment at 2:00, they didn't serve me until 2:15, the lady me what i had asked for (french tip acrylics with a white tip as the extension so i "wouldn't get charged for design" and my middle finger all white with glitter) with these type of nails, I have gotten before and they were $40 at most to every other place i've been with better outcomes. I left with 2 nicked cuticles and nails that are of completely different lengths and shapes of each other. I was charged $80 for the bare minimum of acrylics. Do not recommend the pricing or quality, but staff was personable and environment was calming.

It's sad when places just decline so much that you can't sit back and not say anything. I first visited Red polish in the summer 2018. Today was the worse mani pedi I ever got. My toenails were cut so short it hurts to walk. I told Cheri numerous times not to cut them short. My big toe hit the top of the gel lamp and messed up the polish. Cheri said it was fine. 1 hour 15 minutes later and a bill for $92. I felt sorry for her and gave her a $20 tip. I will never go back to the RedPolish in Lenexa. You lost a good customer. I have been very unhappy with the customer service and my nails for months. I just thought I was being too critical, and told myself next time will be better. All the employees seem to hate what they do... It shows really bad now. Covid can't be blamed for everything. Find another job if you are unhappy. I am extremely unhappy . To note, I didn't have an appointment. it was 915 in the morning and it wasn't because they were overworked from a long day.

I went in to redpolish for just a simple pedicure. The nail tech was pushing back my cuticles very far. It felt as though he was slicing under my skin. Once he was finished my big toes were red and irritated. Two days later and there's still a sore on my right big toe.
