Nathan went out of his way to correct an issue. I would absolutely recommend purchasing VNLA skates from them. (Love the skates as well! My husband and I both wear them!)

ordered skates from rsn and they were shipped next day to florida it took 6 days to get here but its pretty far very happy with the service
