Absolutely the worst facility by far! In the last 3-4 weeks, they've lost two of our employees pre-employment drugs screen samples. When calling to inquire we're told they do not have them, yet the FedX Tracking shows they'd arrived over a week ago, and were signed for... None the less, "we don't have them in our system." Honestly... Their incompetence effects individuals who are waiting to start a career, so in a sense, they are costing employees money who can't start until their results are back. Having been in this industry for 20 years now, I can honestly say that we have never experienced such inept work from a Clinical Diagnostic Company. God forbid there's a sample more critical than a urine drug test... You could be misdiagnosed, or not get results in a timely manner (or at all) in order to initiate treatment. Happy to speak with anybody in leadership at Quest who can help me understand how they lose samples.

Extremely rude staff. The person on duty taking in patients was over the top with her attitude. Instead of talking to the people in the waiting room like they were humans, she decided to be malicious and impatient. They need to work on the staff they hire in consideration that their profession is in the medical field. So if you plan to go there now, you better wait until tomorrow so maybe the ignorant broad won't be working.

This place needs to learn some manners. I worked with a provider's office and their representative decided to give me attitude for a minor mistake an RN made about insurance. Totally unprofessional, you should not treat clients with such disrespect over a petty issue.

I've interviewed with Quest Diagnostics twice. The first time I didn't hear back from them for 3 whole weeks until I applied for the same position. I was honest and upfront about telling them I'm pregnant, and it back fired!!! I am over qualified for the position, and feel like I was COMPLETELY discriminated. This situation was beyond illegal, and looking into my options!!

I worked for Quest for nearly 2 years before I felt it was time to move on. My first year with them was amazing. I enjoyed the family-like atmosphere. I met some life long friends there & I'm glad to have worked for such an adequate company and acquire the skills I needed. I'm only giving four stars because the last three months I was with the company made me even more eager to leave.
