Waited for 2 hours after my appointment time. I understand they were short staffed but the previous Time I went, the lady that drew my blood missed my veins twice and it was the same lady that was the one person show working this shift. I was trying to be patient but knew that for the 30-40 min it took each the 4 patients before me that the lady must have been missing their veins too. I just left not wanting to go through the hassle despite waiting for 2 hours. I will reschedule at a different Quest where I’ve never had issues before.

I had Tonya as my provider, and she was friendly and efficient! Was in and out within 10 minutes, would get my labs done here again.

This is the 3rd and final time I will step foot in this lab space. Being located in a medical office building you should expect that people will walk in for testing. Yes you can make an appointment which I would ? prefer to do, however if your doctor recommends a lab at a clinic visit and there is a lab on property, you as a lab worker should expect to see some walk-ins. There is no reason to shout at the lobby when only 2 groups are waiting that they should expect a long wait. I have had previous appointments scheduled there and have been yelled at to expect a long wait then too. I never said anything about the wait. I was just following the prompts in the kiosk, lady. You’re the angry woman yelling at people. No patients were complaining. You just walk out and yell. I’ve witnessed you yell when it’s hot out, I’ve witnessed you yelling when it’s freezing out. Just. Stop. Yelling. At. Customers. It’s the lab- no one wants to be here! Do not go here! Drive a few miles down the road to any other lab at all!

My doctor had told me I could take my sample to any Quest Diagnostics, so I arrived at this location with my samples and immediately was greeted with “you can’t just be showing up and dropping things off we don’t have any information or anything” this woman didn’t look to check or greet me. She then went to the computer and had all my information and the orders WERE sent over. Never been treated so poorly especially when it took me forever to find the location and was in a lot of pain. Very rude customer service. 10/10 do not recommend.

Previously, I was told that if you get "inside the door" before closing for a prescribed blood draw, Quest company policy requires that they go ahead and do the blood draw, but they told us they were busy, so...

Horrible customer service! No human touch to anything. Had a elderly woman here on standby for almost two hours before they had a patient tell her that they were no longer taking walk ins on a Friday afternoon. Staff came out did not speak a word just posted a handmade sign. Worst customer service by far! Avoid this location if you can!

I have scheduled appointments numerous times at this PSC and they say they didn't get the appointment on their schedule or couldn't find the requisition from my doctor. I even provided my confirmation number but the staff were abrupt and rude. If I had absolutely any choice about where to go, I'd pick somewhere else.

Don’t recommend if you get squeamish from needles and blood because the lady taking your blood will give you judgmental remarks instead of being a compassionate person. Please go somewhere else for labs.

I was here for a life insurance blood draw and while waiting to be called back, you could clearly hear everything the workers were saying behind the door.Of note would be that I was almost 15min past my appointment time when I heard one of the workers say “I really don’t want to do this life insurance draw”.I was eventually called back and a different worker ended up doing my blood work and she was polite enough and the blood work was painless. The workers should refrain from complaining about their patients knowing full well that we can hear everything they say while in the waiting room.

The lady wouldn't even TRY to stick me again after she said she couldn't get a "flash back" when she stuck me the first time. She said: "All we're doing is wasting tubes. You need to hydrate for two days". Wasting tubes? I bet she wouldn't think it's wasting tubes if her doctor needed blood. Yes, I'm a hard stick but my life is in danger and my doctor needs to get this blood from me!!!! I'm frightened. This woman has been grouchy with me before. Me!! And I'm always cheerful and cooperative. She's a horrible woman who's always complaining, mean, frowning, and RUDE. I was afraid to ask for the other lady for fear they'd make me wait for hours in revenge. (The other lady got my blood in one stick the week before.) (And she's a sweetheart.) I have a life-threatening condition and so to hear the rude lady say it is wasting tubes to stick me HURT MY FEELINGS. Does this mean I'm just a waste as a human being?

Blood draw was painful! Nurse said it was due to cheaper needles being used to save money. Had to wait over 30 minutes even with a scheduled appointment.

I had urine analysis and blood drawn. Lorelei was very pleasant and professional. I appreciate that.

If I could give 0 I would. Went to have labs done, left and no labs completed. The lady was clueless and couldn't find a test in the system.

They open till 5:00pm and when I signed in at the office for blood work at 5:43, a worker there told me they don't take new patients after 4:40 pm. Hope this tip could save you some time.

The billing department is impossible to deal with and never gets anything right. They WILL hang up on you if you ask to speak with a supervisor and you will never get your issue resolved unless you make a payment that you do not owe.
