Exceptionally pleased with this service. The woman who contacted us to set up the delivery was most helpful, and Darren, who delivered the equipment, couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend this company.

My husband has been out of the hospital for 5 days and he was to have had his Walker in his hospital room before he went home. He has a fractured spine, fractured ribs, a brain bleed, a concussion and is unable to move about safely. I would not recommend this company ever.

I’ve been trying since June 2024 to get new equipment for my bi pap machine. Each time I ordered it “fell out “ of the system with me not receiving anything. I had spoke with 4 different people today with only one Alyson S. Willing to go above and beyond stay after work to help me get the equipment I needed so that I can stop getting sick, be able to sleep at night ; with confidence that I’m not going to die over night. A BIG thank you Alyson for going the extra mile, you deserve a raise!

Dominic was excellent and sought out my preferences. Getting my new machine from Provider Plus was a nightmare. First, after being told numerous times the last year plus they still had the incorrect doctor listed (despite the order for the new machine being from a different doctor which they ignored). After three to four weeks I called to find out the status of the order. When Provider Plus asked the wrong doctor for the latest sleep study they were once again advised that it was the wrong doctor. Rather than request it from the ordering doctor or calling me,they let it sit for two weeks until I called. Thereafter things went downhill and services got even worse. I don’t recommend Provider Plus.
