The body work they did on my car was very nice and looks great and they were able to save a little bit of money as well. However, ever since the day I picked my vehicle up from them I have had multiple different electrical issues, even after taking my car back the next day to discover they forgot to reconnect a plug properly, I am still having recurring electrical problems with my car that I NEVER had before picking my car up. These are problems that a car that is only 4 years shouldn’t be having.Was told they would need to take it to the dealership because they couldn’t diagnose the issue - an issue that was caused by something that happened while they had my car. My physical key won’t even unlock the car (which was one of the reasons I took the car back the day after repairs were finished). Hopefully the fob never quits.

Truly impressed with Pirrello. My car still had the 60 day tag on it when a deer decided to run into the side of it. I was heartbroken. Our insurance didn't cover Eveland Brothers so we called Pirrello. They were honest in stating that it would be quite some time before they could get to it but given the make of the car we were happy to wait for them. We were surprised when it was done almost a month earlier than anticipated. We called weekly and Vito was so kind to always gives us the updates. They had to order parts from Italy then they went through Aristocrat so it was not an easy process. They even handled any pushbacks from our insurance so that everything was exactly like new. I was very happy to see it completed and perfect again. We will always work with Pirrello if need this type of service again.
