I picked up my dog today, and she had a significant scratch/puncture for the 3rd time in two weeks. Today will be our last day here as this location is UNSAFE. While I understand dogs are going to play, this was more than that. After talking to a staff member, she said that in nicer weather there could be close to 100 dogs with 1 staff member between them. It is clear they are simply looking to collect their money, and do not care about these pups. I'll be looking into any legality issues surrounding staff to dog ratio as this is not ok.My dog has been in daycare before and had zero issues. They also give me a "report card" every day and have never once communicated that she was being rough or had any issues. Yet multiple times, she comes out with another mark on her, and nothing is said.The second of these incidents was last week, and that was before they brought out the wrong dog. I voiced my concerns and was told that the Resort Manager would reach out. Still waiting. I'm sure there are some staff members that do care, and it's sad they have to work for a company that is just collecting checks. Hopefully these pups get more of your attention.Make your own choices, and bring your pups where you want but I urge you to speak with staff and check your pups daily. These dogs deserve so much more.

We have a dog that can not be with other dogs. They do an excellent job with our monster, interacting with him and we know he is safe and cared for. We always do the junior sweet and a kong at night. Always use them when we go out of town.

We have 2 dogs, Howard and Reese, and they LOVE IT HERE. Cody is usually their pet guardian, and they are in love with him. Reese is our little potato dog, and does not like people picking him up, but that does not apply to Cody. I have walked in there and see Cody holding him, and Reese is as content as he can be.Howard runs into the building and is so excited to see his friends, both his human and dog friends.I love watching them all play through the window as I wait for them to be brought out to me. They, along with all the other dogs are so happy, and just playing, or following Cody around like he is a Pied Piper. It is adorable!The staff here are absolutely amazing! You are greeted like family and treated the same way! They are so loving and caring.If you are considering Pete and Mac's DO IT! You will not regret it, other than your fur babies will always want to come back and play. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

We have been using Pete and Macs for a few years now for our 2 dogs and have had a good experience. They have always been accommodating to us. We have used them for both daycare and boarding a few times and everything has been fine. We have noticed the dogs do come home smelly, so we often pay to have them bathed on the day we pick them up to avoid this.

I took my dog here in July one of them was very sick when I got her home. It took a good month for her to get back to normal. I'm not sure what they did to her, but she was not the same dog when I picked her up. She was scared, vomiting, diarrhea, high temp. After $280 later and 4 weeks she started acting normal. I hope she wasn't abused, but the way she was acting, I would guess she was. I specifically told them she was from a puppy mill so be very gentle with her. I will never take my dog here again. I'm very angry about this.
