This pharmacy is amazing! The pharmacist Johnathon went above and beyond to ensure I got my diabetic medication before I ran out. He kept me updated throughout the process and even called me to see if I had questions on how to administer the injection once I received it. He was also to find a coupon which lowered my copay. I’m so happy to have found Apotheco in Overland Park. Thank you for having caring pharmacists like Johnathon to take care of complex medications!

I have been using this pharmacy for over a year and EVERY time I have a refill they have faxed it to the wrong number, not followed up with Dr. office and delayed my prescription. When speaking with manager "G" I was told I "couldn't be upset with them. It was my Dr.'s fault." Prior to this call I sat with my Dr. in her office and she showed my the refill sent 2 days before. Very unprofessional and rude. Zero customer service. I gave them so many chances. I'm done. Answering machine hangs up before you can leave a complete message. I found my prescription at Stark Edler Apothecary for $60 less.

I'm chronically ill and have had to go to many pharmacies, medical offices, etc. Family Pharmacy is definitely one of the best. They are so kind and helpful. You can tell they care a lot. They take care of my most important medication that helps stop my disease from progressing; I don't think I'd trust any other pharmacy more than them when it comes to something so important to my health!

They charge almost 2x the price for a drug if you have insurance. So you’re paying extra every month for your insurance and then you have to pay more than an uninsured person for the drug because you have insurance. Huge racket!

I gave the review two stars since I was always happy prior to my experience yesterday. Long story short, I felt I was accused of not being truthful by two of your associates. They kept repeating they didn't see how my "issue" could happen (as there was no product in several of the "bubbles" that were supposed to contain the oral daily dose). I was asked to explained the issue twice on the phone prior to bringing the product in and again twice in the pharmacy after bringing it in. I told the staff it felt like I was having to prove myself which was not a good feeling. I ended up walking out as it was very humiliating for me after always having such good experiences over the last several years with no problems. All it would have taken was to replace the 12 sublinguals or even an apology for my time and trouble, and all would have been fixed - instead I was embarrassed and humiliated with other customers nearby. I hope this helps with customer service in a constructive way in the future and not making the customer feel like they did something wrong when it was obviously not my fault. Sincerely, Donna Young

Most of the time the service is great but other times not so much. Their text messaging alert isn’t consistent as sometimes it texts the prescription is ready and it is not. They could care less.

Said they called on November 9th, but no call from them. Customer service from Roxanne was very disappointing. Per my APRN, who contacted them whiile I was in the room, it was to be overnighted. Was to get Rx overnight but still have not received.I am in a great deal of pain. I will probably never get Rx from them again. Very dissappointed, especially for the the price.

This is the only place we would go to while we lived in the area. This is truly a top notch Pharmacy. The staff go out of their way to accommodate their customers. I highly recommend Perry Drug to everyone, especially those who want to be considered as part of the family, not just a "number" like with the big chains.

A little compassion and sensitivity goes a long way and is essential in the healthcare field. I will be transferring my prescription. The pharmacist and tech were rude and impatient with my questions regarding my prescription and my options when the compound was not covered by insurance. I left feeling unnecessarily upset and discouraged. I hope they read this and treat future customers with more patience and respect.

Recommended by my dr., this is a friendly pharmacy off the hospital where you can get compound medicines. They allow call ins for some, and I was able to call and have my husband pick up - good thing since I was laid up at home!

This is hands down the best pharmacy/drug store (whatever you want to call it) I have ever dealt with. Outstanding customer service and an excellent example of a truly personal touch when it comes to their clients. Honestly having been helping my mother through the ups and downs of her recovery my family has NEVER experienced such kindness.
