“Brought my Stihl MS170 in. Previous company I tried could not get it working properly. Todd had Dave(one of the techs take a look at it) He got it running after many pulls which was impressive. They suggested that I get the full service tune-up which I did. The chain saw is running great and starts up the way it did when it was new. I was a bit surprised that with this service the chainsaw was not cleaned. One other minor complaint-I called to see if it was ready after 10 days. It was ready after a week(which is a great turnaround). I was told they had not gotten around to calling me yet. I have already recommended Maisch to a couple of my friends and I will use them again.”

“There was a wonderful selection of indoor and outdoor plants, including succulents, tropicals, vegetables, annuals, perennials, and larger landscaping bushes and trees. Nearly everything looked healthy and taken care of. There was a great pot selection, plus many yard ornaments and decor. This was way out of my way in my normal travels, but I will be back again!”

“Enjoyed their small selection of pre bonsai. Schefflera, Succulents, Elm, Juniper (pine).I was able to find a great schefflera (Umbrella tree)!Edit: the tree had mealy bugs. I would recommend being careful when you bring a plant home to clean it thoroughly!”

The employees are so friendly, are always eager to help, and there are so many great items there for your indoor and outdoor animals. I'm so happy this historical local business has been able to keep their barn doors open!”

“Had a big Sod project this summer/ fall. Some of it died while getting the exact same amount of water and Sun as the rest. Called to see what my options were and they were beyond helpful. Cameron took full charge of the situation. Came out to inspect, and then after summer was over brought more Sod and laid it himself. Best customer service I've seen when something went wrong. “Flowers by Emily has become my go-to florist in Kansas City. I live out of state and like to send flowers to my mother and sister back home a few times a year. I gave Flowers by Emily a try after a less-than-great experience at another local florist. They knocked it out of the park! I've now ordered a variety of bouquets and seasonal items from them. “My partner and I rented the Rosehill Gardens event space for our spring wedding. Rosehill Gardens is an incredible, intimate venue that we feel so lucky to have found. The event coordinator was extremely professional and a huge help. He actually staged two separate ceremony areas for us to choose from, and single-handedly made sure that the area we picked had everything we asked for. We ended up not having to rent any equipment or decor at all, because Rosehill went above and beyond to provide everything we needed. “I'm happy to have this store in my area. It's not the nearest store to my home, but this location has a tool rental area (at the NW corner of the store) which offers a wide selection of tools, and has come in handy several times. I've rented large, seldom used tools like a tiller (to remove rocks from my front yard) and a concrete etcher (so I could apply epoxy to my garage floor). The tools were available at reasonable rates and worked as expected, while the service was always knowledgeable and helpful. Sweet!”
