4 employees at the registers when I walked in, asked if Internet pricing was also honored at store, kid tells me only if they have the items in stock, then walks away. Look for items, can't find them, walk up to counter as the only customer in the store, and was ignored for the few minutes I stood there, so I walked out and made an online order.
The description of the items corresponded with the picture... 2 M18 5.0 Milwaukee batteries with a dual charger. And it also said it comes with a free vacuum. To good to pass up. So I completed my order.
Order arrives with just two batteries and the vacuum. Called customer service to be put on hold twice during the 17 minute call, just to be told they looked at the product page and it says it only comes with two batteries. I check the product page, and the picture and description has been changed since I placed my order. She says they cannot do anything about it.

Most of the time this store has everything I need. I was looking for 1 inch drill bits for steel and they just changed and do not stock them now. So I ordered them online.

Shelley is the new manager. She is fantastic. She helped me find the correct heated vest for my husband who was going to go to the Chief’s game in weather that was going to be extremely cold. I knew nothing about heated vests and she educated me into buying a Milwaukee heated vest that my husband just loved. Thank you Shelley and Northern Tool for making this Grandma look really smart!!!
