Items not ready when promised and when questioned where items were and when they could be expected, employees stated they didn’t know where items were or when they might be available for pickup, implying items may be lost. When items were located and picked up, they charged full price rather than applying the discount coupon provided at check in. Taylor was snarky and refused to admit their “Ready On” date is misleading and employees are poorly trained (as is Taylor) on customer service!

They got out a horrible black pipe grease stain on my favorite coat! It was truly a miracle and I will continue to come here! The prices are super affordable and worth every penny. Thanks for saving my coat!

I’ve had a lot of extra “projects” as I cleared out my parents home this past Fall. Taylor was patient and great with suggestions and thorough about discussing all the options. It even became something to look forward to when taking and sharing the next vintage item. She helped make a difficult transition into a fun opportunity to preserve a few of my parents and my childhood treasures!

I have had nothing but good luck with this cleaner. If there are ever loose decorations, they always double check before they clean the items to prevent damage, and have gone above and beyond in helping my wife and I out when items need special attention.

I use this dry cleaner because its convenient to my home. On Monday, I dropped off 2-dress slacks and 3-dress shirts in our "Pride Cleaners" bag, labeled with our name. The employee cheerfully greeted me, took the bag and told me our order will be ready Wednesday. On Wednesday (mid-afternoon) I returned to pick up my order. The lady behind the counter said my order was ready, placed the order on a rack within my reach, but informed that I would have to come back another day to pick up the bag and something about she didn't have the bag. I suggested I just surrender the bag (Pride Cleaners) and start using the proper bag (Orange Nature's Touch Bag) and asked for one. She refused, citing that they don't like to waste. I said I don't care about my Pride Cleaners bag. Without further comment, she walked over to a nearby rack, found my Pride Cleaners bag and gave it to me. I said, "Oh, so you had it here all along." Then she said something more about not having time to get the bag. I just said "whatever" paid for my order and walked to my car in a perplexed mood: "What just happened?" Comment: As far as the waste issue; the Pride Bag belongs to me, and I may use it in any manner I wish. Also I could see dozens of orange Nature's Touch bags in their store: Just give me one! I'll use it for future dry cleaning needs at your store. Not anymore. Goodbye.

Dry cleaning and laundry service in the Midwest is worse than many third world countries, which helps to explain why the rating for this or any cleaners is so ridiculously high. This cleaners is very expensive. They can also screw things up very badly, because this is (or should be) a detail oriented business, and details escape them at nearly every turn. They'll get it sorted eventually, if you can afford the time and frustration of having them screw things up every possible way. SIX VISITS to have a pair of pants done properly. No comps or any offer of apology for the time wasted.

Always friendly and they do a great job with the cleaning. Been coming here for 6 years. Only downside is no more next-day service and nothing comes in on Thursdays. Apparent impact of the pandemic so maybe with more time the turn around will improve again.
