I just got off the phone with a lady to schedule an appointment and oh my gosh, she was so rude. I wanted to schedule a manicure and pedi and I was a little confused of the services because I usually get a full acrylic set but I wanted to try something new and instead of walking someone through and guiding them, she definitely knew how to make someone feel like an idiot. I ended up saying I can just go somewhere else. Very unprofessional!

Waited 1.5 hour for the lady who does spa pedicure to not take clear nail polish off of my toe nails "because she couldn't see it" and she said she only does a little bit of calus not a lot. Got a gentleman over to translate since they hire people who don't speak English to work on your feet. Explained to the gentleman I had clear nail polish on and asked the lady to remove it and didn't want any polish on and he said the lady and him didn't see any clear polish so they can't take off any polish. They asked me to leave and couldn't help me . I said it only takes 5 minutes to take off nail polish they refused. I went to ask they lady up front if she is a Manger and told her the situation and that as a customer you can't ask for nail polish removed here? I told her, her staff isn't able to take my nail polish off because they "cant see it" she goes well I don't see any on your toes either by just taking a side glance from her customer at my foot. I told her my nail polish is clear! Manager said sorry what do you expect me to do? If they dont see nail polish they don't use nail polish remover. They refused my business because they wouldn't remove clear nail polish. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE UNHELPFUL people who don't even care to.make money off of people for as something as small as a nail polish removed. Nail Perfection is not perfection at this store.

WHEW. I'll let my nails speak for myself for most of this review. Michael was soooooo meticulous about me walking out of their salon with the best darn dip manicure on this side of the Mississippi. He got my cuticles all the way together, provided the best hand/arm massage, and expertly pretended to pay attention to us ladies whilst we chatted in the salon. The pricing at Nail Perfection is literal perfection. Michael's wife (GIRL IM SO SORRY WHY DIDNT YOU SAY YOUR NAME A MILLION TIMES?!?!) and salon owner picked out the exact nail color that I wanted just by hearing me ask for a powder pink moment. I can't wait to come back to KC and experience the 5 star service again and again

I feel really bad giving any small business a negative review but I do want to save anyone else the disappointment that I experienced. I had been pleasantly surprised that they had same-day availability when I called but now I know why. My gel manicure also lasted through... the same day. Definitely the smallest selection of colors of any nail salon I have ever visited, too. Avoid if you can.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. Asked for a delex pedicure I didn't get that I paid 50 dollars for them to clean my feet up a little, paint them and rub lotion on my legs. I will never go bac.
