Turnaround was very fast, I called about a screen replacement on Tuesday, they got the screen in for Thursday, and the actual replacement took about an hour. Everyone was very friendly, and it was quick and effective service. I'd highly recommend going here for any device fixes!”

DO NOT GO to the AT&T Store on Quivera Road, I had a guy there completely scam me (told me one thing for a plan, then sold me completely different plans and added phone insurance I didn’t ask for, and didn’t give me any of my account information to be able to get in properly).
These guys however took care of the chaos the other store created and got me sorted out.”

When I took the case out I could tell I needed a new battery.I were able to go to this location on 3 PM on a Tuesday and get a battery repair for $140 after taxes. To my surprise I had a fantastic outing. The free SIM card replacement was just the start. “Upgraded my phone yesterday, got the new LG Stylo 5. I wish Cricket would give long-standing customers a little better discount when upgrading to new phones, but I am still very happy. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. Why anyone would go to any other service but Cricket is beyond me.”

“I went to this location to switch from metro pcs after being with them for 10 years and I was having a bad experience with Metro trying to turn on my new phone because my old one was broke. I walked in not in the greatest of moods (menopausal mood)There was a young lady named Daiva that assisted me and my daughter change everything over for me and my husband. Let me just say that with my slight temperament at this moment from leaving Metro PCs (2 doors down from Cricket )poor Daiva kind of received some frustration from me and she was handling everything amazingly. She made sure I got the best plans for me and my husband and she helped us with a discount program that saved us $30 a month. This girl works great under pressure and deserves a raise. Thank you again Daiva your customer service skills were outstanding.I recommend switching to Cricket if you are with Metro PCs I haven’t dropped a call since and it runs a lot faster”
