“Went in with my work phone not being able to charge. The person at the desk explained clearly all the options. And asked if the wireless charger was off also. Were I didn’t know it had a wireless charger option. He proceeded to check to see if that worked which it did. Leaving me with no cost since the phone still charges.”

Turnaround was very fast, I called about a screen replacement on Tuesday, they got the screen in for Thursday, and the actual replacement took about an hour. Everyone was very friendly, and it was quick and effective service. I'd highly recommend going here for any device fixes!”

“Upgraded my phone yesterday, got the new LG Stylo 5. I wish Cricket would give long-standing customers a little better discount when upgrading to new phones, but I am still very happy. This Cricket authorized dealer has always given me best customer service. She helped me set up my new phone, and I went back today and had my old phone unlocked so that I can give that to my granddaughter and she was very helpful with that as well. Why anyone would go to any other service but Cricket is beyond me.”
