Hours for friday say's 830am to 730pm.Walked in for an appointment there was only 1 other person waiting. Went to the kiosk to sign in and it said they was not taking any more people that day. Why????????????? Why is this minuteclinic even open if they are not going to take walk ins during regular business hours? Isn't that the point of these places?

A total fraud. They charged me for an office visit ($69), when they did an A1C test, which I requested.

I showed up to my visit and the doctor refused to help me so I'm not sure why it says I didn't show up because I did and she refused to help me. I have a severe toothache with face swelling and she just told me I should go to the ER. Very poor practice. I was in there for less than 1 minute. She basically pushed me out and she acted like she didn't even want me to be there in the first place. Please do better and address this CVS. Thank you

Clinic refused to see child with an ear infection, claiming all appointments for the day were booked with COVID vaccine appointments. No other patients were there at the time that we were begging them to just look in the child’s ear.

Showed five min before, still had to wait (No big deal) The nurse asked if I had received the vaccine yet, I replied no. I did inform her I had recently been tested and it came back negative. At that point she said I had to re-test she was unwilling to help any further. I tried to explain I was prone to respiratory infections and it felt just like that. Still she sent me away. So now I go to the urgent care and spent double what I would have spent and you will never guess what they diagnosed me with...an upper respiratory infection

I walked in and completed the login. It said a114 wait, I selected the text option. It never texted. I still came in at my scheduled time, it then said it would be another 53 mins for their lunch. I took my daughter to McDonald's and returned in 40, I was no longer on the list and then the wait time was now 60 mins. They had nothing to say but im sorry. Oh, and still never got a text.

First time I'd been to an urgent care/ walk-in clinic. Used the web page to hold a place in line, was seen reasonably promptly and treated professionally by a competent and pleasant nurse-practitioner. That's all I was looking for, and at a much more affordable price than the other clinics I researched. I hope not to need them again, but will recommend them in the future.

Jennifer Faircloth misinformed me on how the billing works. I was hit with an extra bill. Went up to CVS to speak with Mrs. Faircloth, and another Dr. was there Christine who was rude to me. Spoke with their supervisor Shannon Anderson who was nice, and had billing department call me. Frank from the billing department told me Mrs. Faircloth was denying anything, and they would not help at all. Basically Mrs. Faircloth was calling me a liar. All I can say is I went up there to confront Mrs. Faircloth so I am not sure why I am the liar. I wouldn't use either one of them. I would not go to the clinic at all. They will charge you extra, and say it is legit, and the doctors are rude, and they miscommunicate then go back on what they say.

The staff at the clinic are excellent...but had the worst time trying to get help from the billing department over the phone because they had billed the wrong insurance and I ended up with a bill...I waited for an hour I eventually gave up and had to try calling them on 3 different occasions and finally got someone on the line after 36 minute wait ....
