One of the company drivers slammed their car door into mine. The driver didn’t even acknowledge the obnoxious *thumps* and dents it made. I rolled my window down to say something and he immediately drove off. I then went inside the store connected to the parking lot and got footage so I could find the company’s number. No response or apology.

When called to bring a safety concern about one of their drivers I was told that the drivers are supposed to be using their cellphones while behind the wheel. Distracted driving in a personal vehicle is dangerous and distracted driving behind the wheel of one of those box trucks is just as dangerous if not more. Safety is clearly not a priority for this company only profits.

This company does NOT care about safety. They encourage their drivers to participate in distracted driving by utilizing their cell phones while behind the wheel. This company needs to care more about safety and others rather than just their profits.

Tried calling in one of there drivers for wreckless driving and there tail light being out but obviously something needs to be done cause I seen other reviews for probably the same driver, date and time was 9/8 @ 3:30-4:00 pm going north on 635. Tag #WPA 928

I have never worked with a better company! They respond quickly and every order has been accurate. The delivery drivers arrive when they state they will, and are great in communicating when they have an issue that delays them. They have been professional and pleasant to work with.

One of your Truck driver’s nearly ran me off the road on 49hwy in Belton area. Kids in the car, such a scary incident. Please hire better drivers!!!

There was a small error in the sizing of a walker that was quickly fixed. The gentleman that delivered was nice and professional.
