I always enjoy visiting this Michaels and have not had a bad experience ever! I went here recently for an in-store pick up and I didn't see a sign to do it without employee assistance as it was tucked away to the right of the entrance. Either I was completely oblivious to it or there was no signage. However, they have the online pickup also near the registers but that isn't self-help. Kind of confusing for someone that might be in a rush but thankfully the store was slow and the employee assisted me. She was super friendly and did great. I will definitely be back to this location again!

You guys must hate your customers. No matter how busy the store we stand in line forever. Saturday or week night all the same we wait.

I was looking for brushes & of course there are cameras. They were zooming in a little too much so I grabbed the brushes I was looking for & was on my way to check out. Next thing you know little Jesus or Jorge that still wear chains attached to his wallet or whatever his name is from loss prevention starts to speed walk, following me. I noticed & made a turn because I don't like people walking too close to me. I have ptsd. He noticed & then switches with the cashier. The cashier walks away so I'm thinking like, what the f*** was that about? Maybe if he was paying attention to the couple that was stealing instead of me, we wouldn't be in this situation. I'm highly disappointed because I shop here a lot. But, not anymore.

Feels like a smaller store, but convenient location. I didn't need any assistance and definitely was not offered any.I found some decent bargains and had a pleasant checkout experience.
