  Terrible!!! NO Communication, I was in the process of buying a home and needed homeowners and figured since my car was through them I'd get it through them.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michael. He has been so attentive to every detail of my claim. He has followed up to make sure everything is perfect and going smoothly. I recommend him without reservation. He truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! Thank you!

  Stopped by to get a new quote for my auto insurance and in less than an hour left with a great (better!) quote drawn up by Tyler that saved me a lot of money. Michael and Tyler were both friendly and efficient in getting my new plan written up that met all of my needs (and exceeded some!)
