I went into the store at the very beginning of my search, with no intention of buying a mattress right away. The Tempur-pedic was so comfortable I couldn’t imagine anything better, so a purchased a mattress and adjustable frame right away. Stephanie was INCREDIBLY helpful and I felt like I was making an educated choice.

Me and my husband went into mattress firm on 9-1-25 locate at 11926 W 95th St, Lenexa, KS looking for mattresses for our boys. We walked in the lady, greeted us. Let us know it would be a minute there finishing up a couple ahead of us. There was an older guy sitting next to her. I don't know if he was on the computer. Are on break, but he was not helping no one. Me and my husband started walking around. Looking around at mattresses we were there for a good 15 to 20 minutes. When another couple walked in they told them the same thing about 2 minutes later, the older gentleman that was sitting down when we walked in greeted the couple that walked in after us and helped them test out beds. Not once, did he look our way or Ask us if we needed help, mind you. We were there first. Then about 2 minutes later another couple walked in the older general also asked them to let him know if there's any questions about the beds that he can answer for them. He still didn't acknowledged us or try to help us or
ask us if we had any questions about the mattresses it was like if we were not there... oh, yeah. I forgot to mention me and my husband are Mexican and the 2 couples that walked in after us were white. I don't know if that had anything to do with it, but it was very disturbance and me and my husband did leave and took our business somewhere. That's why this mattress firm gets a one from us. Would not recommend you to go here.
