My 2.5 year heatpump unit broke down, called Lennox and they didn’t want to replace the unit! Very unprofessional. I am a Lennox dealer and expected more from them! I haven’t installed any Lennox units since then! Cannot recommend, overpriced paper weights! Anything else is way better than Lennox, yes even Goodman!!! I have over 27 years experience including school!Lennox is no longer leader of the pack, I don’t think they ever were! Shame on you Lennox!

Be aware!!! Us and 3 other companies picked up a load from here and deliver to they’re warehouse in Fife WA and we didn’t get paid. Management is definitely involved . We are requesting info for over a month now for them to tell us who did they use as broker on these loads and they are refusing to cooperate. Triple check your load numbers with your brokers and don’t email your BOLs .Try to do less businesses with this peoples. Anyone interested in more info reply to this.
