The lady at the desk at first seemed like she wanted to help. Then it got to the point of her dictating what to do. I understand trying to help someone but she acted like I had never done laundry before. Never less the big issue is she had taken my laundry out of the washer before I came back in to do it myself. I was very unpleased with the whole experience. I don’t believe she should have touched someone’s personal clothes when not being asked/paid to do your laundry.

Very clean location, knowledgeable staff was great! Machines are coin operated, but they do exchanges at the register as well as a quarter machine that exchanges up to $20 bills.

We’ve been coming to Lenexa Coin Laundry for several months now. We were first impressed by how clean everything is and the machines are well kept. Also the staff is friendly and helpful *especially Doreen, she’s kind and very knowledgeable. We also use the drop off laundry service it’s a plus service for us as we are very business owners who very much benefit from this for our SPA. Thank you for doing a great job with our laundry and always giving us whatever stuff you find in the pockets of our clothing! We appreciate your service.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Was traveling through town with friends and needed to run a couple loads of laundry. We only had card, but one of the workers was kind enough to loan us some coins to get our clothes started in the wash while we ran to an ATM to get cash. It was a very busy day for us so this was much appreciated!! If I lived in Lenexa, I’d stick with this place!! 10/10!

The attendant was very helpful. She advised on which machine & the amount of detergent for my comforter. Saving me both time & money.
The laundromat was clean & tidy.
I can definitely recommend & plan use this facility again. Thanks

Amazing customer service! We had to leave our laundry in the dryer to pick up kids and thought we had put enough in. It look longer than expected and the gentleman working there added quarters to make sure we didn't have to pay extra to start it again. Very clean place, and locally owned! 5 out 5!

Laundry day I go there. The dryer doesn't give much time before you have to feed it again. Only 6 minutes.

Several washers and dryers, clean utilities
they start from 3.75 -4-4,75 then 6ish and 8ish
Dryers you pay the time 25c,
The washer uses half of the cup soap, otherwise it ends with soap on the clothes.
Time for the washes ex 3,75 is 29 minutes,
Clothes are really wet when they get out so you will use the dryer more time, so other washers I used before centrifuge more the clothes, that is a no for me.
