I went here 8-10-2024 spent around 12 bucks to wash my truck. Almost zero soap is coming out of the wash sprayer. A month ago it was the same, spent 10 bucks to just wash the truck with water. Several months ago I was there and got grease all over my shoes. Same thing happened today. It ruined my carpet. This place is filthy and they are pinching pennies on the soap.

From what I can tell no soap came out from automatic car wash. All bugs on my front bumper were still there. Will have to wash again myself manually.

Don’t waste your money or time. I had been looking for a self serve car wash in Lenexa and this is not the one. Wash bay would only accept cash. The Vacuum was clogged spent my money unclogging it and then it didn’t suck worth a darn. Go to charlie’s their vacuums are the best. Lesson learned sometimes small local businesses are not worth the support. Now I have another stop added to my day.

I purchased the unlimited wash, or 1 wash a day, the one for $10 a month. The first time I went the air dryer didn't work. The second time I went I scanned the QR code and it said the lane was closed, so I moved over a lane and it wouldn't let me wash bc it said I allready got my limit for the day. I called to cancel my subscription and was sent a check for the difference. The check wasn't even filled out right and was unable to cash the check.This car wash is very poorly taken care of. The owner tried to make right and failed miserably. I was signed up at Charlie's car wash, and freaked out when the bill was $39. I'm going back and paying the higher price for a car wash that is very good, with amenities for interior and hand polish. Vacuum stations are free and also offers a mat cleaning machine. All in all....Charlie's car wash is more expensive but well worth your dollar. Thank you for reading my post and hope it discourages you from using lenexa car wash

Has really gone down hill over the last year. Vacuums still do not work, they haven't in years. Manual wash bays are often closed. Readers have trouble reading most of my cards. Just over all lack of maintenance. I only go to the car wash right down the street now at 13112 Santa Fe Trail Dr.

First time at that his car wash today, I normally use the one right down the road from here and was never very impressed. One self serve bay was open so I pulled in and started throwing some stuff away. Coin insert and card reader seemed to be unavailable, so I downloaded the app to see if I could pay electronically. Meanwhile multiple cars had driven up to the automatic car wash bay and left shortly after. As I was getting ready to leave myself, I noticed a car had made it through the wash. I flagged them down and asked if it was working. It was the owners wife! She wasn’t sure why the bay wasn’t responding but had her husband open it up for me. The wash experience itself was EXCEPTIONAL. Definitely will be returning here. Even if I didn’t run into the owners and get the wash I was hoping for today I was already planning on coming back to use this facility because the one down the road has poor water pressure, always messy and no option for an automated wash cycle. Plus LCW is that much closer. Thank you for making my first experience a great one, you didn’t have to but you did anyways! I wish I took a before/after photo cause my car was icky!
