“I recently took some cushion covers to Pride late on a Friday afternoon. As always, they are fast and promise to have things available on Monday after 5. When I went to pick up the cushions, there was a snafu and they had accidentally been sent to the wrong location.Bailey (I'm so sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was so nice and assured me she would look into it and have someone contact me with an update if needed. She also advised that she would personally start a claim for me if anything else happened.The next day I received a text saying that my order was ready, and I was very happy. I was even happier that an ink stain I forgot to mention was gone when I picked it up.The staff is always very personable and helpful, they are fast, and the prices are reasonable. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you, Pride family!”

“First before anything I want to give a HUGE shout out to Jan at the Olathe location for getting the ball rolling. Master craft customer service. When I came in to this location I started my laundry as usual and just let my autopilot run just waiting for my laundry to finish. I notice a little later that the washers were not running and an error code on the machine that said no water. So I tried to reach another location and there was no attendent there either (75th & nieman) so I came back and tried to call the other locations and the only one answered was Jan at the Olathe location. I talked to her and she said she would her boss and send someone ASAP. She called back and said someone would be here in 20-30 mins. They showed up in less than 5 mins. Chelsea and DJ showed and turned on the water, the fans, and everything else and restarted my washers. I want to give a big thanks to the attendants that showed up and helped me and to Jan that got the ball rolling for me. Two BIG thumbs WAY UP for absolute great customer service.
