Jim was great to work with. We had a competition BBQ event last minute and he got us all decked out with our team logo on our coats within a few days right before we had to leave. will definitely be coming back for more swag.

Absolutely unbelievable customer service! I provided a design that they applied to a t-shirt for a trip we were taking to Disney. When I picked up my order I noticed that my design I provided for them had an error. I called once I found it and they were able to fix my error and immediately produce a new shirt...after they'd already closed for the night! Jim was wonderful to work with and everyone was so friendly!

Absolutely deplorable experience working with this company. My boss ordered business cards from them for each of us. It took weeks to get the design and information appearing on the card correct via emailing back and forth, even though they were using the exact same template as what my boss already had on file. Then, it was over a month before those cards were ready to ship. Now I, like many, work a full time job during the week - during regular business hours, I do not hardly ever pick up my phone, because I am at work and don't spend all my time on the phone. So when the cards were done, instead of sending me a single email, I just got a bunch of random missed calls and did not receive voicemails. After a week or so of this, I finally got my first voicemail, but I couldn't hear any of it, at all, because whoever was calling had such terrible phone quality it sounded like he was underwater and 20 feet away from the phone, making his voice sound distant. I didn't hear anything about what he wanted so of course, I did not return the call. A week or so later, I finally get a call on my cell phone at a moment when I'm at my desk, and I answer the call considering it is from a local area code. It's the same dude. Once again, I can hardly hear him, he doesn't introduce himself, but I make out "landmark graphics" from the garbled noise I might otherwise assume is his voice. I piece together context clues and discover this is the company telling me my business cards are ready. Having already waited over a month, I am very eager to get them, so I respond with "yes, perfect, when can I get them?" The dude very plaintively states I can come get them. He does not offer to ship, he does not give any other sort of alternative...so I am wondering, okay, I'm not positive where this place is so I'm not going to drive to pick them up if it's too far. Luckily, after asking him where this place is, I learn it's just a 20 minute drive away, which I can totally swing if it means not waiting days (and possibly weeks, considering their repertoire so far) for them to get mailed. He asks when I can come get them and I tell him I work regular business hours - 8:30am to 6pm, so it'd have to be in the evening if it's during a weekday. This phone call took place on Monday, July 3rd, and the guy on the phone said I could come by either Thursday (the 5th) or Friday (the 6th) at my convenience. I tell him I'll be there Thursday and the phone call ends. Fast forward to Thursday...I get off work, then make the long drive to this place to get my cards. I arrive and WHAT DO YOU KNOW. THIS PLACE IS FREAKING CLOSED. A sign clearly states that the business is NOT OPEN ON THE 4TH OR THE 5TH. So I drove completely out of my way after speaking PERSONALLY to a dude on the phone who told me to come by on Thursday, offering no further details on when exactly they'd be open, let alone their hours of operation, but agreeing to me saying that I get off work at 6pm and would head that way afterwards. I have continued to send email after email because they know FULL well this is a communication method that I have responded to every single time, but they have avoided me and continued to call and leave strange voicemails, accusing me of not having a payment method on file (which is a lie, my boss of course has his on there), and they can't ship them yet, and all this. I never once received a return call about having driven a total of 40 MINUTES FOR NOTHING to get the cards we ordered TWO MONTHS AGO. These people do not deserve your money, you'll have better customer service from a three year old who makes your business cards with crayons.

I called up on a Wednesday morning to get 5 tote bags i had that i wanted to get screen printed. I needed them done in less than 72 hours for a bachelorette party that was on Saturday. Not only was Tom easy to work with and got the job done in 48 hours, but the product looked great! Will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do any type of screen printing in advance or in a crunch! Thanks Lanmarx!! You saved the day!

I had done business with Jim for several years. He was great and always let me run a little bit of a tab to be paid off. He handled my online sales as well as physical bulk needs. He was so good we even brought him in to do on site salesatr our annual festival. Everything was great until my online store started generating more money than I had owed on my tab. He showed up to our est and sold unknown amounts of shirts with our logo, never giving us our cut or communicating the numbers sold. Despite multiple requests to settle up on our e-commerce, he reuses to do provide accounting or pay us our take. He only makes promises that his accountant is "on it". Next step is Yelp, then the Better Business Bureau before filing an all out small claims suit against this company. It really saddens me to do such good business for so long only to piss it away.
