The king suite room is very spacious, clean and all new furniture, tile, paint, tvs and there's 2 refrigerators in the room lol. They also use real dove (cucumber Melon) soap, shampoo and conditioner! We were very happy with our stay, and would stay here

Smells like urine because there is urine all over. The sheets also are stained with other human excrement. This is the most disgusting la quinta I've ever been to. The front desk guy argued with me and told me all the rooms smell the same, then that the room does not smell like urine. I asked him if he smelled the bathroom and he said "ok"

Toilet seat was painted and peeling off.. Room had dirty floors. Air conditioner made loud humming and squealing sounds even time it turned off and on. Other customers were rude and had bad language in breakfast area.

Absolutely an unexpectedly pleasant surprise! The rooms are great! They look recently remodeled. Extremely clean. Very nice staff and breakfast was awesome! Thank you so much! We will be back for sure!Rooms: Very spacious and clean! Beautiful!

Hotel was fine though the layout is strange. I am recovering from surgery so the lengthy walk to finally get to my room was a bit much. Would have thought that as an older individual that accessibility of room would have been better.The room itself was nice, clean and had decent amenities.

I walked into the room and was greeted with a smell that can only be described as a mix of butt and cinnamon. Yeah, I know, it doesn't sound like a winning combination. To make matters worse, the floor was dirtier than a pigpen, so I made my family wear shower shoes and bought anti-fungal spray because, you know, safety first. And when we checked the bedding, let's just say there were some questionable yellow stains. Thank goodness we brought our own sleeping bags, or we might have ended up with some unwanted souvenirs.

Well when we stayed their, there was alot of weird people their, and when we got into the room. The floors still had alot of dirt and hair, the sink had an order come out of it. Not going to tell about the hairs that was on our sheets, I've worked housekeeping, and I can say that room shouldn't have been approved to rent out. Wouldn't recommend to stay their, and with the price it was to much for that low quality of services.

The hotel and the rooms were clean but the pool maintenance building and parking lot were a little messy. Broken bricks laying around cigarettes butts all over. The employees were very nice and the rate were reasonable.Walkability: Stores and restaurants were only a block ir two away making an easy walk.

When you show up to the hotel and then the room it appears to be updated and somewhat nice. However, spending a minute there you begin to see all kinds of weird things. The floors were sticky. The tub had some gross looking specks of something that reminded me of vomit spray. And the tub was about 2 feet above the rest of the floor.I also tried the coffee the next morning and it was the worst hotel coffee that I've had in a long time.I would highly recommend that the owners make sure that the rooms get properly cleaned, and possibly look at hiring a professional to do the room updates.The hotel staff was nice enough and were pleasant enough, but the room conditions were enough to sour the whole stay.Also, the facility does not have any access to a gym, and that needs to be updated on the site.

This hotel is managed horribly! We had some issues checking into our room but were willing to take our refund and walk away. When we asked the person at the front desk, he told us that the manager was not available and could only be reached via email. We later found out that the person at the front desk was the manager and had lied to us. Save your money and stay anywhere else, I can promise this hotel is not worth the hassle.

Clean room. Would have been nice if housekeeping would have left more towels and emptied the trash while we were out, otherwise no complaints. WiFi wasn't great. This was our second time staying at this location. Close to everything.

Rooms were very clean staff not helpful. Asked for a roll of toilet paper and he said he would bring it never did. Asked for a new computer chair one house keeping girl said no Asked another one she brought it to me but I went to smoke a cig while waiting and wasn't in the room came down the hallway and she was trying to barge in my room what if I was using the bathroom? You don't just go in the room like that as I am a paying guest

Never again. The sheets were not clean. There was hair on the back side of the pillow. That same hair was on the hanging towels in the vanity area. The floors were disgusting and had cat hair. The room was not cleaned even though it appeared so at 1st glance. The side door did not close all the way which takes away security. We asked for clean sheets and the man brought us folded curtains. I will never stay there again. Just disgusting with the disguise of a clean hotel based on the lobby.

The bed was comfortable but my issue was the fact that we made a reservation for an accessible room and when we arrived, we were told there were no accessible rooms available. The desk clerk basically said "Oops, sorry about that". It was late evening by then and we couldn't go anywhere else.since I am confined to a wheelchair I NEED a room that allows me access to the bathroom and shower. The room we were given had neither. So I anytime I had to "go" it meant leaving our room and going down the hall to the lobby. I never did get to take a shower. We book reservations so we can have the room we need. I cannot recommend a motel where the management is not reliable enough to give me the room I reserved. I have the reservation that clearly says we booked an "Accessible Room"I can't recommend any place that treats customers with such an uncaring attitude.

The big issue is that there is a mix of fragrance and smoke (marijuana?) smell in the hallways. The smell is so overpowering and awful that we couldn't turn on the bathroom fan to risk bringing the smell in. Otherwise the rooms were clean and had decent rates.Noteworthy details: Smell in the hallways
