I took my tiny chihuahua to Dr Keil to have her eye removed. I cannot begin to tell you how kind and supportive the entire staff was. Dr. Keil is super professional yet so nice! No, not the cheapest endeavor, but certainly the best place to go for any type of eye issues. I thank you ALL for taking such good care of my little girl; for the follow-up and for the genuine support and care you have given me and my Pippi

Dr Keil is a real life super hero. My dog Flex went blind almost a year ago due to cataracts from his sudden diabetes. It was a long road to get him to a point to get the surgery done. We finally got the surgery done 2 weeks ago. He’s completely back to normal and enjoying life again. A true miracle. Very thankful for Dr Keil and team to make this a reality.

My vet referred me to Keil Ophthalmology due to my dogs corneal ulcer. They were professional in their evaluation of how to treat the ulcer following up with an email that detailed the recommended treatment options. Very impressed with the level of care they have provided Maddie. She is still under their care but I am optimistic that the daily eye drops will heal the ulcer.

I’m beyond grateful I took my dog to Dr. Keil. She is one of the most caring and compassionate veterinarians I’ve ever met. Her staff is awesome as well. Everything was explained extremely well. I’m so relieved to have an answer to what has been wrong with Norman and can be treated for his problem. He’s already acting like a different dog because he’s feeling so much better.Thank you thank you, DR. KEIL and your wonderful STAFF!

Dr. Keils office was very clean and professional. I took my dog in for an eyelid mass, they examined my pet then gave me a sheet of paper to read before meeting with the doctor. This sheet had the diagnosis, the treatments options, and cost on it. Once you finished reading the medical form, you then get a chance to speak with Dr. Keil directly and ask any questions you may have. Dr. Keil was very professional, straightforward, and seemed to be very educated in her scope of work. Once my first consultation was completed, I then scheduled my surgery where I dropped my pet off and they had him the entire morning for sedation and surgery. I opted to go with cryo freezing of the mass, luckily we didn’t have to do any eye recession. Today I looked at my pets eyelid for the first time since surgery and the mass is completely gone and the eyelid looks like it used to! Thanks Dr. Keil for taking great care of my pet!

Brought our Persian cat here with a corneal sequestrum. You must prepay $200 for the first visit- that was the first red flag. After 1 month & $900 our cat continued to get worse and developed a 2nd sequestrum in the other eye. When we questioned the care our cat was receiving - our relationship was “terminated”, which turned out to be the best thing this vet did for our cat. This practice is not set up for cats (just look at the lobby - all pics of horses & dogs). Cats are kenneled along side the dogs, which is so stressful for them! It became very apparent that this practice is not at all up-to-date on treating these types of issues in felines. We switched to another veterinary ophthalmologist who immediately switched all medications & treatment and one month later, we now have a fully healed, healthy and happy cat!
