I have been using this faciity for several years. Its well maintained and easy to access. I have never seen anything sketchy when I am accessing my unit.
I alway get good service when i need to call.

We have been with I35/435 Storage (Attic Storage) for about two years now. They have been so good and incredibly easy to work with! We have a 20x10 unit. The facility has management who lives on site. It has multiple security cameras and a gated entrance and has protective measures for the perimeter.

Sesthleng here! This place was great! Had some trouble getting into the gate, but then I called their phone number for help and answered very quickly. Super helpful even during a late weekend. She also stayed on the phone with us to make sure we found our unit without any trouble! Grateful for the help. Thank you!:)

When we moved into Overland Park we needed storage for a boat and other tools and toys. I35/435 has maintained the best rates, clean facility and great customer service. Been with them for almost 10 years with no complaints.
