The people are very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the inconsistent hours. open at 10 on Sunday, 8 on weekdays, 9 on Saturday with similar inconsistent closing times. Closing at 5pm on Saturday is ridiculous. Hy-Vee in general is one of my favorite businesses but the pharmacy hours seem small town.

Good, attentive employees & they are usually reliable. Only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is that when I drop off a prescription they usually make me wait several hours where as other pharmacies would have the prescription ready in about 30 minutes.

Doesn't answer the phone and hangs up on you when they do rather than put you on hold. Wouldn't mind if I was put on hold but just to completely disregard customers is bad business.

The young man with dark hair who is always there when I am picking up my meds is incredibly kind. I had to pick up a prescription which they didn’t have in stock, and he very kindly offered to call other Hyvees to see who had my script. This guy needs a raise.
Transferred my script without a problem. Hardly ever a wait there unlike some places.

Not worth the money!! What happened to the seven-layer dip? They spread the beans like it's butter on bread. The cheese shred is thicker than the bean and sour cream layer combined.

I have shopped at HyVee for years. Jeanine was standing today watching the self check out registers, she came up to me asking if I rang up my water that was on the bottom. I told her YES, when I finished paying I took my receipt up to her and told her, it's the first item rang up. She was offended that I would do that to her. I was offended that she would ask.. Why don't you put that energy into making sure that items ring up correctly?? When I bring back items that rang up incorrectly, you act like it is a hassle.. I never have this issue at Hen House.

Excellent staff in the pharmacy. Saved me hundreds on one prescription vs going across the street to CVS. $303 with insurance at CVS and only $38 with GoodRX at HyVee. I recommend shopping your prescription prices using your insurance drug price tool and the GoodRX app. HyVee consistently lands at the top for lowest prescription prices even vs. WalMart, Walgreens, CVS and all the others. Best price plus excellent service at this HyVee location.

Very close to the hotel where we stay in Lenexa when we come to the KC area. Whether it's items we forgot to pack or flowers for friends, we can always find what we need here. The store is really nice, the staff is helpful, and it's all very familiar and priced reasonably. It's all part of the home-away-from-home vibe we go for when we do long weekend getaways from our home in Omaha to rest and relax in the KC area. Well-done, HyVee! I think this is one of the best stores in their chain.

If you need to know the status of a prescription at this location, you'll have better luck driving there and asking in person. The individual answering the phone immediately puts you on hold.I made 3 different calls. Each call was the same 10+ minute wait, listening to elevator music, before I hung up and tried again.Phone attendant, fill yourself a prescription for doyourjob pills and take 3 every shift.

Seems to be set up to screw the customer in every way possible through the manipulation of their computer systems. We have an issue with an overcharge almost every time. Today was the most recent with an advertised special of 85% ground beef for sale at $2.49/lb. maximum allowed was 3 pounds. Asked and received 3 one pound packages of it and I will say the employees at the meat counter are excellent. Come to checkout and of course only 2 of the 3 packages rang up at the sale price, when we went to the customer service counter we received a credit but it was wrong I told her which one was wrong and she didn't listen. When we got home I examined the original receipt tape and the credit tape the refund was $1.00 instead of the $3.50 it should have been. They will see me again in the next day or two with the ground beef packages and both receipts. THIS KIND ON NONSENSE IS A REGULAR OCCURANCE! I'm ready to go to Consumer affairs or the AG's office.

We have shopped here for 10+ years. We have tried to place a cake order twice in the past year and the bakery has waited until the last min to tell me that they didn’t have the decoration kit in stock. The second time offered a picture in place of a full decoration and I guess just assumed I would agree. Either these people don’t have children or they don’t care. This will be the last time we bother! Both times the Hy-Vee on 95th has covered their mess and took care of what we needed in less time than usually required!
