“I always enjoy visiting this Michaels and have not had a bad experience ever! I went here recently for an in-store pick up and I didn't see a sign to do it without employee assistance as it was tucked away to the right of the entrance. Either I was completely oblivious to it or there was no signage. However, they have the online pickup also near the registers but that isn't self-help. Kind of confusing for someone that might be in a rush but thankfully the store was slow and the employee assisted me. She was super friendly and did great. I will definitely be back to this location again!”
