As a returning customer, I went in on 5/13 and the lady who cut my hair didn't even pay attention to the directions on how to cut my hair. I have had three different ladies cut my hair at this location in the last six months and all followed the directions on how my haircut was supposed to be cut..I now have the shortest haircut since I was 14 years old..That was 40 years ago!! It's absolutely embarrassing!!
