I was out of town when my garage door decided not to work. My neighbors had to give me the unfortunate news since they were watching over the house. I called Garage pros and they made sure I had an appointment ready to go within an hour of landing back home. I was grateful this was going to be taken care of. Dustin, the technician got right to work diagnosing the problem, he explained what was happening, and within a few minutes had a solution. This was such an easy process that I used Garage pros again when my 3rd car garage door decided it was jealous and wanted attention too ;) Thanks Garage Pros!

We needed two doors replaced. Cory did our bid/measurements. He did an excellent job of explaining what we needed to fit our needs and communicated in a timely manner on the install/etc. The installer from Garage Pros was efficient and left zero construction mess etc for us to deal with. We have needed to replace these doors for two years but could not find a company to communicate and close the loop to do the job. I heard about Garage Pros from a friend, placed an online inquiry and was scheduled for an estimate by the next day. Highly recommend!! Thank you Garage Pros for the excellent customer service and attention to detail!!
