The Employee that helped me was very nice. It's not his fault, but I wish they wouldn't ask me multiple times to sign up for your pro rewards. I should be able to say no and that be the end of the conversation.

Customer service was terrible, we ask for a game that came out a week ago and they were surprised that the game was already out, they told us to go to another store because of the game was to new they couldn’t see if they have stock in other stores, went to the store 15 min away and they have it, what’s the point on work in a game store if you don’t have the knowledge of the games that are coming out?

It was a typical GameStop, no frills about it. How were, the sales associate was very friendly and helpful. The female associate helped my young son by navigating him to buy the game right for him. Customer service was excellent.

The L2 button didn't work on my new controller, 1st time used, and they wouldn't exchange it. I purchased a ps4 controller refurbished because they didn't have any new ones. Jaimie the manager & michael i spoke with. I bought it less than a month ago and used it for the first time today. That's disappointing it was $70+ with tax. Don't buy here.

Michael and another super nice dude helped me out just a bit ago. After having such issues with a different GameStop these two went above and beyond. And they really listened and made simple solutions to help. I will no longer go to any GameStop in the metro area anymore. This! Is the GameStop to go to! They really care about the gamers experience! Great customer service.

Orchard Corners has been the Gamestop I go to every time for a reason. I've always had a really easy time getting what games I go in there for and I've never felt pressured to buy anything, which is one of the reasons why I always up my Pro when I stop in. Maritte helped me today and they did a fantastic job. The store was incredibly clean and didn't feel cluttered at all, too. Thanks so much!

Left an inexperienced worker on his own to deal with multiple angry customers that he was unable to help. Spent about 40 minutes there for a simple exchange just to be told that nothing can be accepted at the very end. Not only that but he wiped my ps4 before all that so this has caused an even worse inconvenience.
