My shipping was supposed to be 10/17, per my order confirmation. By 10/20 it still hadn't shipped, so I called and was told it would ship that day. By 10/21 still no notification of shipping, no update in my account. Emailed customer service who said it would ship the next day. Still no email for shipping. Only that a label was created. So since you're closed on Saturday, I'm sure it won't ship until Monday, if it ships at all.

The gentleman who waited on me was very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what I was talking about and where to find it. My entire family has been in law enforcement event and first responders all my life, and I'm 65. We have patronized this company as long as I can remember.

This store does not carry the galls items from the website in the store. You have to shop online to get anything like that. The lady that check me out when I 1st walked in Was arguing with another employee About the person that was on the phone, had taken and called her personal phone,instead of calling there phone. The lady was rude and said we don't carry galls items here. Needless to say I will not be shopping in a goal store anymore. Point of fact employees are rude non helpful. I only wish that the person that rang me up could have watched herself and heard herself on camera....... JUST RUDE
