Went yesterday to get help with current CPAP. Person at front seemed not interested, stated a couple people out sick manager not there, could offer no help in solution to issue. Need company to supply disposables, is this the one I should choose?

I was impressed with Kenny's concise yet thorough explanation of the device, attachments, and maintenance/cleaning. He was friendly and spoke with me like someone who cares about your well-being. Building was easy to get to, in and out, paperwork and all instruction was extremely clear.

They have the most amazing customer service. You can talk to a person who is pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful, with excellent follow-up. If customer service says they will do do something, they do. Was also very pleased with my initial visit to explain my cpap and how to use it. I received a call several days later just to see how I was doing.

Focus Respiratory is impossible to deal with. After multiple attempts to make contact for assistance with the current mask, I was transferred multiple times and asked to leave several messages of which I did. After several hours and into days, I have yet to even get a return phone call, in addition, the staff is unsure as to how the equipment works or how it is billed. If you can actually speak with anyone, you find out very quickly their educational level is below the national standard. Warning: It's advisable to seek other suppliers!! If a person chooses to continue with Focus Respiratory they or yourself will quickly find out what a nightmare the situation becomes.

Everything went well....at first. I wasn't using it enough for my insurance company, so they quit paying for it. Look, after 60 years of sleeping without a mask, it was difficult. But my Doctor explained how much it helped when I did use it...so I was trying. Since insurance quit paying, they said I had to return the cap.I asked if there was anything I could do. She said she would check. She called back and said, "If you pay x amount, you will own the machine.". I was happy with that. I paid.Then I received a bill for an additional $711.42! I called them and they "discounted it to $400,00. Gave me 3 different explanations. Bait and switch. DO NOT GIVE THEM AN ACH!!! AVOID THEM IF POSSIBLE!

Horrid customer service. It seems like there is no communication between employees. After 3 months of redundant phone calls, I had my doctor send my prescription for medical equipment elsewhere. Look elsewhere for a medical equipment supplier or ask your physician to send your paperwork to a more reliable provider.

I most definitely do not recommend giving them payment information. I'm not sure if they have a faulty payment system or if they are purposely fraudulent, but it is almost impossible to get confusion straightened out through their billing department. If I could do things differently I would have never agreed to give them my banking information. I hope others learn from my mistake and the frustration I've dealth with.

I just got my cpap machine hey have been very helpful with me. I call with questions and get answers right away. The masks are all a little big but she found one that is very comfortable and the best fit. I like how you have so many options to order your supplies. Great to work with so far.
