I LOVE this FedEx location. Vanessa and her team do a bangup job for the startup company I work for.Don't use UPS or USPS. Use these guys, they will give you amazing rates and walk you through each step of the process.

Nicole at this location was looking for ways to be an obstacle instead of looking for ways to help me. She had no interest in helping me solve my problem. She was snippy, stubborn and rude. Once we finally achieved success, she shredded the result bc she realized it didn't follow store policy. This made no sense bc the action had already been taken and the printouts were already done. It was as though she took pleasure in denying me the printouts I needed. I will never return to this store and recommend others avoid it.

I sent in a 24 x 36 image and the staff was able to assist with resizing and printing the image at 18 x 24. Even though the staff was busy with other customers, they took the time to help me (this was my 3rd trip this week). The staff was friendly, curteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location!

I have never shipped internationally before. Therefore, I was super nervous about the whole process. The moment I walked in, Jordan took the time to greet me even when she was helping another customer. She had shared that she's been working here for 10 years and it shows! So professional and quick! I needed birthday invites made for my little girl's first birthday party and let me tell you...these folks at store 1968 are PHENOMENAL!!!! Not only is the store neat, clean, and organized but Barbara, Nicole, and Lesley are amazing women! Extremely knowledgeable, fast, proficient, polite, they listen, and they take extraordinary care of those who walk in the door. I'm iffy about going to FedEx offices due to past experiences but, after the one trip to this store and I was hooked. LOVE this store and how the team here treats their customers!
