FedEx as a corporation is AWFUL for customer service, they take no accountability for their mistakes.This particular branch specifically also cannot be trusted with anything important.I needed to mail original copies of official documents to a government office and provide a return envelope. The literal Assistant Manager of the branch said I needed to open an account. Fine. He took all my information including email and phone # (which I verified on the little screen) and said we were all set, I’d be contacted when the package was back, plan was to hold for pick up to ensure no mishaps.I was never notified when the package was ready for pick up and it sat at this office for 5 days then returned to “sender” (the government office). My account was charged for this. Of course the government office didn’t want this package and it was tossed.FedEx claims that I never provided any personal info (email or phone number) for contact, they rendered their service, and essentially, too bad.I had specifically picked FedEx to ensure safe delivery of this package and now I’m out $50 and have lost my official documents.I understand that mistakes happen, we are all human. But the fact that FedEx made me pay the return to sender fee and has refused to provide any sort of customer service after their colossal mess up of something so important is enough for me to never want to set foot in one of their offices again.After this experience, I recommend to avoid FedEx at all cost as well as specifically this office as they have no idea what they’re doing.

Girl at desk was great. No longer carry photo paper only cheap card stock junk. Be aware they charge a $2.50 surcharge fee now for any service on top of product. It cost me $5 for one sheet of printed paper. Two small pictures. Never coming back.

Do not use this location if you want to send packages. I was directed to use the self-service kiosk instead of the counter, and told it would provide me with a receipt. The “receipt” it provided was not the same one that you get at the counter confirming that FedEx has received the package. I was not told that until afterwards, when it was too late, and the employee failed to recognize why that matters. Employees shouldn’t instruct customers to do something with their package if they don’t first have the knowledge about it.

Brandon and James were polite and helpful. Brandon greeted me and asked me if I needed help. Came to do a product return. James took care of it. James also provided a quote to ship an item home. Staff was courteous and helpful. I'm glad to stop by here today 7-17-24.

Stopped in to drop off packages, one going to Florida and the other to New Jersey. Whoever was working scanned them as delivered at this location rather than dropped off and had a few angry customers to explain to them the tracking info showing delivered no where near their home address was a mistake from FedEx. Other than this, they were at least kind when I dropped my boxes off and the FedEx corporate help line was more helpful than the employees here when I called later after noticing the packages showed delivered in KS rather than the coastal states they were headed to.

Today was my first time walking into this store. It is very clean and the employees were super friendly. Gary was such a big help. He helped me throughout the process of scanning and emailing some documents. He made my anxiety about entering an unknown location go away. I would love to go back and get such great help as today.

I gave them a file to print that has 2 halves to it. So the job was to print the file, then cut the prints in half, then sell me 100 prints of the left half and 100 prints of the right half.Somehow they got confused and thought I just wanted only the left half and were trying to sell me double quantity of ONLY the left half.Now, the confusion isn't the problem that earns them a 1-star review because I can forgive a mistake. But if you think about what it takes to sell me just half my design, it means they printed BOTH halves in double quantity (400 prints) and then threw half of the prints away to get it down to 200.To fix that error, they needed to run the job again... which cost me another day of waiting.The 1-star review is because they did NOTHING to compensate the extra time they cost me. They printed hundreds of invoices for me, and then threw away half of all that they printed to get it down to the quantity on the order. WHY? They can have given me the extras as compensation for their error, for the delay, for making me have to drive back twice. Or discounted the overall cost.I'm a business owner and, as a matter of professionalism, I compensate customers if I make an error that costs them anything including time. But these people did not and for that they get a negative review and I will look for another printer. Companies must compensate for errors or they don't deserve repeat customers.

Gary is a great asset to this store. I dealt with Jeffery today, who needs to be trained by Gary. Pulling a box out of the customers hands and than glaring at them is not the way to treat a customer.

I tried to get a label printed off and nobody would assist me. I ended up walking out after being ignored for 10+ minutes and went to my local library.

Needed to scan some artwork being shipped off for publication/ printing at 300dpi. Although the employees were helpful and offered assistance every step of the way, I was not able to satisfactorily complete the task. I was there about 30 minutes and scanned it all in, and expected to send it via email to my account. The sent message verified I sent it to 2 accounts, however I never received either email (even still), so I purchased an (expensive) flash drive from them, and loaded it. Got it home, opened it up in preview and it is not at 300dpi. I'm sure regular copy work is fine, but if you need something timely with specifications, I would not recommend their machines.

I am not one to leave a review of any business. I have given this location several opportunities. Each time I am met with a difficult person offering horrible customer service, a botched project, or a delayed or lost package with little to no responsibility for their actions. I really would like to love the store as I do appreciate the type of service offered.
