Lesley was outstanding. They didn't appear to be very busy at the time, she saw me walking to the door and met me, holding the door for me and my associate that had his hands also full of some packages that needed to be reshipped. She was very courteous and pleasant with a super helpful and appreciative attitude. Very professional, and nice enough to chuckle at my explained experience at the post office. Fast and efficient service, with a SMILE š. Thank you Lesley for the great customer service!

Slow to work with. Expensive to ship with. Absolutely do not recommend ever coming here. UPS is much friendlier, faster, and cheaper.

Best fed ex office! I frequent this location regularly as they are so good and helpful! You can have scabs, shredding, notary services, shipping, supplies, and faxing! Mary the owner is super helpful and friendly! Make this your fed ex location! :) even my pup loves this location!

Wow. Canāt thank FedEx and this locationās staff enough. Especially Melissa who quickly helped me print off some very important stuff for a very important special occasion. Seriously. Hats off. Professional. Patient. Knowledgeable. Gives me hope.

I went in to the FedEx store at 13450 W 87th St in Lenexa, KS and was promptly greeted by team members. Assistant Manager Connor helped me with a custom box for a painting that I wanted to ship to a coworker for her birthday. He was super-patient and kind, worked diligently to make sure that the box was perfect for the item and helped minimize the cost for me. Team member CC also helped create the box and everyone there was personable and friendly to customers as they came and went. Great experience and I will return to this location simply for the high degree of great customer service.

Store closes earlier than posted time, 5 minutes early may not seem like much, but if you have time sensitive documents to send, do not rely on this location to be open.

James could not have been more professional, caring and compassionate! They were very busy and I waited my turn and explained I needed help with an important personal medical records ācopy jobā scanned to a PDF on a flash drive. He was more than willing to make that happen despite the condition of some of the originals (due to an accident in the rain coming into the store). James made sure every single document of 131 pages scanned correctly. Then, before I left the store, he insisted we review each one via the computer monitor to make sure they were clear and not a single document was missed. I was able to leave the store confidently and go home to email the vital medical information to my doctor. Give this man James a raise! What an asset to FEDEX and all customers!

Fed ex is a joke. They are not effecient and lie about deliveries. Then you can never speak with anyone about your deliveries, an automated robot. Could not be more impersonal or impractical. They stink. Use UPS, DHL or regular US mail.

FedEx as a corporation is AWFUL for customer service, they take no accountability for their mistakes.This particular branch specifically also cannot be trusted with anything important.I needed to mail original copies of official documents to a government office and provide a return envelope. The literal Assistant Manager of the branch said I needed to open an account. Fine. He took all my information including email and phone # (which I verified on the little screen) and said we were all set, Iād be contacted when the package was back, plan was to hold for pick up to ensure no mishaps.I was never notified when the package was ready for pick up and it sat at this office for 5 days then returned to āsenderā (the government office). My account was charged for this. Of course the government office didnāt want this package and it was tossed.FedEx claims that I never provided any personal info (email or phone number) for contact, they rendered their service, and essentially, too bad.I had specifically picked FedEx to ensure safe delivery of this package and now Iām out $50 and have lost my official documents.I understand that mistakes happen, we are all human. But the fact that FedEx made me pay the return to sender fee and has refused to provide any sort of customer service after their colossal mess up of something so important is enough for me to never want to set foot in one of their offices again.After this experience, I recommend to avoid FedEx at all cost as well as specifically this office as they have no idea what theyāre doing.

Girl at desk was great. No longer carry photo paper only cheap card stock junk. Be aware they charge a $2.50 surcharge fee now for any service on top of product. It cost me $5 for one sheet of printed paper. Two small pictures. Never coming back.
