5 stars for the Employees. They make this place awesome with there service and charisma. Although I have no respect for Fedex as a company I still appreciate the people that work here. After all the terrible experiences I've had at other FedEx locations it's a relief to find this place. When I first came here I was helped by Brandon he answered all my questions and helped with things he didn't even have to help with which surprised me. later I was helped by the manager and she also went out of her way to make sure everything was done right which I really appreciated.

I've become addicted to these little FedEx Print and Ship centers that are scattered all over the metro. I often need to print just a few things or maybe forgot to print something before heading out the door and literally any of these will get you in and out in less than five minutes. I love their print and go kiosks where you simply email them your document and within a minute or so they email you back with a retrieval code. It's super easy, super convenient, and I've never had any issues. If you need something printed quickly this is a great option.

Very helpful and attentive. Made sure I had everything covered with my shipment. Luckily they had some experience with the company I was making a return to, so they knew just how to walk me through it and make sure everything ended up in the right place.

This store is always terrible. People in line, associates doing nothing behind the counter. Associates treat every customer like you're an idiot. This store needs a major management change. Horrible. Avoid!

I'm a fan of FedEx, bailing me out of my packing & shipping ignorance on the reg. This experience was in and out in under five minutes, maximum efficiency unlocked. I had a return that wanted me to print something out, but having just moved, setting up my clunky old printer is incredibly low on my list of priorities. FedEx came in clutch by providing a code to scan in-store that would create a prepaid label, and I found this one running errands in Lenexa. All in all, a good FedEx off a busy stretch of 87th street!
