“Dr Walter is a great guy and has addressed every concern I've had or walked in with. Last time I was in, I commented to him that their app message function seemed irrelevant because whenever I had a question, a staff member would just tell me to make an appointment. He said he understood where I was coming from and didn't make any excuses for anyone, and I recently had to use it again and my guy pulled through and was the one to respond with a helpful answer to my concern. It wasn't a big issue, but I noticed and appreciated his efforts.
The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the reception desk, I see what all the others are commenting about, but to finally find a good PCP it's worth it to me.”
“Debra (Secretary) was very helpful when I called early on a Friday morning with a follow up request for the doctor who had last seen me. She communicated with all relevant providers promptly to figure out what would work best for my sschedule and medical issue, as I had seen two different people for that issue. Then, after checking my chart, she discovered I didn't need the follow up appointment after all. (I had mixed up and given her the wrong doctor's name to work with, it's been one of those weeks). Debra was courteous and cheerful and good at what she does”
“I've been going to this practice to see Dr. Nazario since I was about 17. Let's just say I'm a creature of habit and I'll probably cry when she retires! Dr. Nazario is one of the best family practice doctors. She is kind, thoughtful, and been there for me during loads of changes in my life, always with great advice. As for this practice, I've had hit or miss with some of the on call practitioners, and the front desk staff. Overall I'd say 9/10 times it's great, but there are off days. I would recommend Dr. Nazario to anyone though that is looking for a really great doc.”

One of the great features of College Park Family Care, is not only do they have a good staff of PCP's, but in addition have a variety of excellent specialists, they have the facilities for X-Rays, MRI's, etc.”

“Been a patient for 15 years. My wife and children as well. I've recommended a few co-workers and friends here with no complaints from them. The Doctors and staff are good. I have heard many complaints about other offices around the prescriptions issues in my circle. The majority of issues I see people frustrated in these reviews are indicative of the monopolistic trend in health care. Large organizations buying up others in the field has lead to a poor environment for the average person. I do not hold this Doctor or office, or any other Doctor or office accountable for what is being pressed on them by the Insurance Companies and other conglomerates. In a world of instant gratification and vilification though social media, I hope most people will still treat all other with respect and take all "reviews", including this one, with a grain of salt.”
